Registration Assistance Process - Community Resident

Follow the steps below to set up your account and log in for the first time.

1. Find your Community

1. Open your web browser and navigate to https://register.getaerwave.com.
2. Select your Community Name and Enter your email address. 
3. Click Begin Registration.

💡TIP Use the mail address found on your lease agreement.
 

2. Verification Request Code Page

1. A send verification page will load with the email entered on the Main page.
2. Click Send Verification Code.
3. A verification code will be sent to your email.

3. Verification Code Entry Page

1. Enter the verification code sent to your email.
2. Click Verify Code.

ℹ️ NOTE If you did not receive a code, you can have it resent. Alternatively, SMS is an option if your phone number is in the system.

4. Register and Agree

1. Verify your community and personal information. (Fill in missing information)
2. Click and read the various policies and agreements.
3. Check the relevant checkboxes.
4. Click Register to complete Registration.

ℹ️ NOTE If you believe the information in the form is incorrect, please contact your leasing office to have the information updated.

5. Registering

⚠️ WARNING Do NOT refresh the page or close the browser.

6. Registration Complete

1. Your network details (Name/Password) will be displayed on this page.
2. The password provided is the same one used for logging into your Aerwave Resident Portal (portal.getaerwave.com).
