If you're streaming on an Xbox, PS4, or PS5, here are some troubleshooting tips to help resolve any issues:
- Xbox

- Press the Xbox button to open the guide. Note: Pressing the “Xbox” button will open the guide from any other screen on the console.
- Select Settings, then select Restart Console.
- Select Yes to confirm and restart your device.
- If you still have an issue, please restart the modem/router then relaunch the Paramount+ app.

- PS4 and PS5

- Power down the device.
- On your PS4 controller, hold down the PS button, then select the Power Down option.
- On your PS5 controller, hold down the PS button. Wait until you hear the second beep to confirm your device is powered down.
- Unplug the power cord from the device itself.
- Wait 1 minute, then plug the cord back into the the console.
